Think of the title of a book - when has a best-seller ever had a mundane "this is a plain old book" title? If you've got something creative to say, get it in the title and watch eyes get drawn to it. My personal favorites are those that are referencing some sort of popular media like movie quotes, song lyrics, etc. GRAMMAR, PUNCTUATION, and VOCABULARY! To be blunt, if you can't form words into a sentence don't expect too much.
